Velda Reed has been a perfect addition to the TXIE team, joining us in  2001 and bringing her 11 years of award winning customer service experence with her. Her love for people is shown in her relationship with her customers.
Her leadership skills are also exemplified in her personal life, holding a leadership position as organization president for her church; as well as, the president of an local international society for women. These opportunities have helped develop excellent organizational and communication skills. Her continued involvement in her church and community allows expanded opportunities for leadership and positive interaction with the public.
Velda continues her insurance education by attending insurance seminars and conferences to increase her knowledge and to enhance her customer service skills.
As a mother of three grown children and grandmother of ten, she understands the value of time and appreciates the need for timely, professional service. When Velda is away from the office, she enjoys playing the piano, sewing, antique shopping,cooking and most of all, spending time with her family.
